I'm picky about where I stay, and this place really impressed me. We had a beautiful view from the fourth floor, and one morning we went up to the seventh floor to watch the sunrise. The rooms and restrooms are spacious, the kitchen is a good size, and every room has a television. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I'd absolutely recommend it, and plan to stay here again.

I celebrated my 50th birthday in Kona, and staying at this Airbnb made it a great experience. The location is right on the strip, with a beautiful beach just behind it. Everything I needed, including things I might have forgotten, was available. Sherry was wonderful, communicative, and quick to respond whenever needed. I highly recommend the place and will come back here hands-down when I'm in the area again. Thanks again, Sherry! 💯💯🔥🔥🔥

The pool sits right by the ocean, with lovely views and frequent sightings of dolphins and whales. There are BBQ grills and bathrooms nearby, available first come, or you can put your name on a whiteboard to reserve a time. We stayed in ground-level unit 134, in the middle section. It's a nicely furnished, well-sized two-bedroom, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry is at the west end and uses an app. The owners were great and helped adjust our dates. A very pleasant stay.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped, and close to downtown, which worked perfectly for us. The views are amazing, and I saw the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen.

The location is good, and the pool is decent, but access to the lava rock shore depends on having a key. Neighbors can be nosey, and the coin laundry is a headache. Brad the Manager seems focused on arbitrary rules, which may balance out the people living in this well located Condominium Complex, absurd as that sounds. Parking is whatever.
