Housekeeping only comes once in two weeks. If you ask for clean bedding or towels between visits, they charge $2 and some change. Laundry costs $4.50 to wash and dry four loads. Our sheets had brownish stains. When I asked, they said it was rust. I washed them in the laundry, but even after paying for the $4 dryer, the sheets alone still weren’t dry. They didn’t offer my money back and just said to throw the sheets away if they looked like that. There’s no smoking anywhere in the hotel. If the smoke alarm goes off, they fine you $250 and tell you to leave. Open candles also mean a $250 fine. There’s another fine if you don’t pick up your dog’s waste. Yet the room has a sign saying to open a window while cooking for ventilation, which makes me think the alarm could go off. What the heck?

No breakfast is the one drawback, but there’s a full kitchenette with a stove, microwave, sink, and full-size fridge. The staff were friendly and helped me with every situation I brought to them. I’d recommend staying here to anyone looking for a room.

Extended Stay advertises that it has everything you need, but even the dishes cost extra. On the third floor, I could only get fresh towels and sheets once a week, on Wednesdays, unless I paid $2.20 for two clean washcloths. The rooms were very dirty, with dirty floors and stuff on the walls. I had to kill at least two roaches every morning. It didn’t seem like housekeeping did anything between guests except change the linens and make the bed.

The bed was good, but the rooms were awful. There were no towels and no soap beyond a bar, and the showerhead was gross. The TV was partly broken. Everything seems to cost extra, even the phone. I unplugged it because picking up the receiver costs a dollar.
