A valuable personal item went missing from my room, and I reported it to the staff right away. I expected some help, but management showed little interest in looking into it. I found the lack of accountability and care unacceptable. Guests should be cautious with their belongings, since the hotel didn't seem to take guest security seriously. I won't come back and can't recommend it to anyone who values trust, safety, and professional service.

I'm still waiting for a full refund. There was only one employee working at night, and they couldn't quiet a room of teenagers and drunk parents. After four calls to the front desk and still being kept awake, my father and I decided at 1am that a three-hour drive home was easier. The police should have been called and the noisy guests removed. If you value sleep, don't stay here. This gives Hilton hotels a bad reputation. I left the GM a voicemail five days ago and still haven't had a call back.

The friendly, helpful front desk staff made a great impression, and the breakfast had lots of tasty choices and plenty of comfortable seating. I also enjoyed the outdoor spaces with friends. My bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was mostly clean, though the couch had an odd stain, the dishes looked cloudy, and the kitchen sink drain smelled. The shower pressure could be better. My room faced the highway, so the noise was a bit much. Next time, I'd ask for an even-numbered room, which should help. I know it was a busy weekend with lots of turnover and a new hotel and staff, so some things can get missed. Still, it was a great stay for a reasonable price.

Six hours of screaming, stomping, slamming, banging, and crying came from the room above me. It never let up. I tried reaching the front desk several times, but nobody answered. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The staff seem incompetent and don't care about customers. I can't understand how it's still open. These reviews must be fake. I'd give negative stars if I could. Stay far away.
