For about five years, Kohala Coast Properties managed my Waikoloa vacation rental. I was happy with their service, which was far better than other rental managers I’d tried. It was convenient having Michelle as one contact for everything. She replies promptly, is helpful, and knows good local tradespeople. Their cleaning company was very thorough too. The business was reliable and acted with integrity, and I highly recommend Kohala Coast to anyone needing a manager for a vacation rental.

We spent a week at Halii Kai as a family and couldn’t have been happier. Kohala Coast Properties set us up well and were great to deal with. The condo was roomy, with an open layout and modern furniture and appliances. Everything was first rate!

The townhouse at Waikola Beach Villas was just what our family needed for our dream trip. It was clean, in good shape, and had plenty of space for seven family members and a friend. We also appreciated having two parking spots, and the view was all green golf course, trees, and flowers. The kitchen felt like home, with plenty of pots, pans, spices, barbecue forks and spatulas, tableware, coffee cups, a maker, a dishwasher, and more. There were bath and beach towels, beach gear, and ice chests for us to use. Stores, a grocery store, restaurants, and the beach were all within walking distance. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary on the Big Island, and I needed a townhouse that could fit everyone. After researching, I found exactly that through Kahala Coast Properties Inc., Michelle Coupe. Whenever I emailed or called Michelle, she patiently answered all my questions. Booking went smoothly once we decided, and she sent the information before we arrived, so finding the rental was easy. When we walked in, everything was as represented. Thank you, Michelle, for helping make this trip happen.
