Crazy Horse Rv Resort

The best part was how peaceful the resort stayed all day. The people we met were friendly and quiet, with no loud groups, barking dogs, or ATVs revving. The place was clean and neat, the office service was good, and there are lovely views behind it, plus the K Hill trailhead is close by. We loved our Memorial Day weekend here. Our site was great and we had a campfire one evening. We used the partial pickleball court for morning weightlifting, our granddaughter played on the playground and in the trees, and we went to the pool each afternoon after being out exploring. There are showers and a laundry room too, though we didn't need them.

Balloons launch about 100 yards from this campground, so staying here during February's Balloons and Tunes festival worked out perfectly. It's on the edge of Kanab, with restaurants, shops, and other conveniences nearby. The staff and customer service were great, and the rates were very affordable. They sell propane on site and have a handy store for camping supplies. There are also awesome hikes to beautiful spots, including some of the best easy hikes around. Love this place.

The setting is beautiful, and the bathrooms are clean. There’s a pool, too, and the sites are gravel. The spaces are very narrow, though, and each pair of sites is expected to share a picnic table and area, as well as one 30-amp and one 50-amp connection.

There’s a pool and a nice laundry facility on site, and the staff are very friendly. The RV resort is well placed for walking to lots of shops and restaurants. They also sell propane.
