Waking up by the ocean was the highlight for me. Our ground-floor place opened straight onto the private lawn and pool, with the water right there and incredible sunrise views from a beach chair. Inside was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the location put us near plenty of things to do and some really good local places to eat, beyond the big hotel chains. It was quiet too, aside from traffic at the front of the building, which didn't bother me. The one thing that made sleep difficult was the lack of A/C. I struggled to fall asleep most nights and ended the trip tired from being too warm. I'm a poor sleeper, though, so other people might manage just fine. I really loved the place, but I'm not sure I'd return unless it had A/C, since I'm fussy about sleep.

The location is a big plus, with lots to see and do, a nice beach on the property, and decent grounds and pool. If you can live with the problems, it's a nice place. The road is noisy. You hear cars hitting a metal plate, speeding, and playing loud music, along with doors opening and slamming. The bedroom has glass shutter windows that don't close properly, so they howl and let even more road noise in. There were ants throughout the units, too. We also noticed homeless people and shopping carts, including carts by the elevator. You probably won't have A/C if you rent an Airbnb here, and some days get very hot. Opening the balcony and front door helps with that, but it also means more front doors slamming.

Condo 406 was great for our 10-day stay. The room was lovely, and the pool, ocean views, and beautiful beach made for an amazing visit. The beach itself is quite small, though, and the stairs don't reach all the way down to the sand anymore, so you have to make a bit of a jump to get there. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We saw turtles in the water and on the beach every day, and the sunset BBQ was a lot of fun. The pool and spa were consistently clean, the property was well cared for, and the onsite management was friendly and accommodating. It's a small, quiet place near shops, with an amazing private beach. A wonderful place to stay.

The grounds lead right to the beach, so you can spend time on the grass, use the pool, or head to the beach facilities. The apartment was spacious and clean, with incredible views, and the grounds were just what we wanted for a getaway. There was a friendly little community among the guests, and we enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. Shops, restaurants, and cafes are an easy walk in either direction. My husband and I had a beautiful four-night stay.
