Just 5 minutes or less by car from beaches, shopping, and restaurants. All 56 units face the ocean, so the views are fantastic. The lush tropical landscaping surrounds a lovely saline pool, with an unobstructed ocean view.
The sunset view was the best. Unit 221 was very clean, had a well-equipped kitchen, fans, and AC as an option.
The view was amazing, but the condo itself wasn't well maintained. It had only basic utensils and seemed to lack upgrades, despite the high price. During a power outage, there was no generator for the condos, but the office ran one. The noise kept us up, and we had to deal with both humidity and the sound through the night.
Our room and ocean view were amazing. We could see sea turtles on shore every day, and whales now and then.
The layout worked well, with a mezzanine and two bathrooms despite having just one bedroom. In February, it was fine without AC. The unit was well equipped, including beach chairs, toys, and snorkels. I took off a star because the cleanliness wasn't up to my standard. Some surfaces, light switches, and handles needed a deep clean. The location has a stunning ocean view, a heated pool, and Weber BBQs, and it's a great place to hang out. I'd recommend it.
