The whole complex is in great shape and exceptionally well cared for. The pools and hot tubs were clean, parking was plentiful, and there were clean gas grills anyone could use. The lobby had free chilled drinking water, and the ocean view and beach were wonderful. Our apartment was spotless and everything worked, with nothing worn out or broken. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Five stars. It’s just very far from Germany 🙂↕️

We had a wonderful three-night stay in a one-bedroom ocean-view unit at Napili Shores. The property was peaceful and well maintained, and our spacious room was clean with amazing views. It’s in a great location, close to the beach and nearby restaurants. We’d happily stay again.

The fully furnished kitchen made things so much easier with kids, especially keeping meals and snacks sorted without constant trips out. Napili Shores by Outrigger is a great place for a family getaway. The beach is just steps away, with spectacular snorkeling. We were lucky enough to swim with sea turtles every day. It felt like a stress-free Hawaiian home away from home, and I highly recommend it.

The resort has two pools and beach access, and the kitchen was better equipped than an Airbnb, with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plates, bowls, a big colander, kettle, pans, and more. The amenities were really nice, and this may be the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far. My only complaint is the noise: stay near the pool and you’ll hear a lot, and the walls are so thin that our next-door neighbor and their baby felt like they were in our room. Great for families, less so if you want a quiet place to rest.

It’s definitely a budget resort, with decent rooms and a kitchen area. We were upgraded to a ground-floor unit in building A, right beside the Gazebo restaurant. The lanai looked straight onto the grassy area, where lots and lots of people waited for a table. We heard loud phone calls, had people take chairs from our lanai to sit on, and watched kids play catch just two feet from us while we ate breakfast outside. Right in front of our door were giant shuffleboard and chess games. From the bathroom, we could hear every conversation and every kid crying as they played. It didn’t feel much like an upgrade until nighttime. I’d ask for a building near the upper pool and fish pond instead. The plants are beautiful there, and you can still see the ocean.
