It's a good value and a good place to stay. Service was adequate, though breakfast was sparse and the coffee wasn't great.

We stayed for my niece's wedding because it was a two-hour drive. The young woman at the front desk didn't make us feel welcome. She never smiled and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Breakfast wasn't good, and the coffee was weak and cold. Our TV had no cable connection, so we couldn't watch it, and our room key stopped working and had to be reprogrammed. They also charged my mom and other family members fees they weren't responsible for.

We're Dimond members and wish there were much better rooms for customers who aren't oil workers. Room #103 wasn't acceptable for our three-night stay. As long-term customers, I think we deserve better.

My van broke down, and they let me pull it into their parking lot. I was 64 miles from home, with no Uber or Lyft available, so I spent hours waiting for someone to come get me in their cool lobby. The lady at the desk was so sweet. She offered me water and even let me heat up one of their frozen dinners. After one failed pickup attempt after another, I ended up needing a room, and they gave me a special rate. Thank you so much. There are still nice people in this world.
