The breakfast was really nice, and the hotel was clean. It’s handy being just off the interstate with a gas station nearby. I paid $160, which felt a little steep, though I figure the location explains it. I’m moving and didn’t have much choice, but it’s got me thinking again about focusing on my car-bed.

We asked Josh (Joshua) what food is typical for the area, like we do when we stay at hotels, and he pointed us to Runza. The runza sandwich was good! He also suggested a dinner spot, and we enjoyed it, though I can’t remember its name now. I left that place a good review too. We’d stopped in early in November, asked a few questions, then went to look at other places. When we came back, Josh recognized us. He was funny and friendly, and we had a laugh about him remembering us. He got us a great room on the first floor. Thanks, Josh/Joshua, for the warm service and conversation. You made the stay a lot of fun.

I slept really well here, and the staff were nice. The price was good too. I’d stayed at the other Holiday Inn in Kearney before, and this one was much more convenient, cleaner, and easier to navigate. I hadn’t realized there were two Holiday Inns in town. I’ll definitely come back.

Mike at the front desk was courteous and understanding when we came to Kearney because a family member had been unexpectedly hospitalized and passed away. He was a top quality person and gave us excellent service. The room and amenities worked well for us. Thanks again, Mike.

The beds were really comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Josh especially helped sort out my reservation after I accidentally booked the wrong dates.
