SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Kearney Liberty North

For $80, the two-queen room was a good deal. It was clean, close to I-35, and the front desk guy was nice and helpful. Breakfast was the letdown, though. On February 9, 2026, there were no eggs or bacon. Come on, Best Western, who doesn't serve bacon and eggs?

The bed was comfortable and the place was clean, but breakfast was below average. It's a typical hotel, with a bit of a lipstick-on-a-pig feel. You get what you'd expect for the price. We only stayed one night and left, so I didn't see much of the property.

The outside of the hotel and the lobby were well kept, and we stayed there with our dog. Some of the decor and the room flooring looked recently updated, but there were two holes in the bathroom door, damage to the cooling unit, and several small damaged spots on the walls that still needed fixing. For the final cost, I wouldn't stay again.

The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the hotel was so quiet and peaceful. My plane got in late, then I had trouble getting a rental car at the airport, so I didn't arrive until about 2:30 in the morning. The staff were still very kind. They even called to check in with me after my plane landed. I'd absolutely stay again if I'm in the area.
