The staff made things easy whenever I needed help, and the Wi-Fi and other amenities all worked fine. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and check-in was quick. A dependable, comfortable stay for a fair price.

The location was great, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax. The hotel was clean and well cared for, with friendly, professional staff and a quick check-in. I'd happily come back and recommend it.

Wi-Fi was the biggest problem. It barely reached beyond about 10 feet from the lobby, where the signal was still weak and unreliable, and it didn't work in roughly 95% of the hotel. We've reported it several times, but nothing has changed. Staff apologized without taking action, which left me feeling they didn't care. They describe the Holiday Inn in Kenedy, Texas as recently remodeled, but I couldn't see anything that looked new or updated. If you need internet for work or even basic connectivity, I can't recommend staying here.

The remodel looks cheap, and there's a dirty hotel smell. Wi-Fi doesn't work either. At breakfast, the area seemed like no effort was being made to keep it clean. Pretty disappointed in this holiday INN.

T. Andy was especially professional and seemed to go out of the way to make sure guests were looked after. The rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating too. It was a refreshing, genuinely pleasant stay, and I'll be back every time I'm in town. Stay here and you'll see what I mean 😁
