We slept so well here, even though the hotel is right on the Main road. It was quiet day and night, and honestly one of my best nights away from home. My husband and I spent a weekend in December in a suite that was spotless, roomy, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It felt like home, only a little more luxurious. The staff were warm and went out of their way to help. We also found plenty of interesting shops and places to eat within walking distance, plus some fun treasures at the antique markets just down the road. We’re hoping to return next year, maybe sooner.

It was nice being away from the hubbub of Kennebunkport, and the beach was just 10 minutes away. The apartment had a large balcony, a spacious kitchen, washer and dryer, a living room, and comfortable beds. Everything was well appointed, very clean, and roomy. Lots of useful information about the area, too. The coffee shop downstairs is closed, but Bevs Cafe is nearby. I heard Boulangerue is good as well, though it was closed on Mondays. The one drawback was hearing the service repair station across the street start up at 8 am on weekdays. Still, it was well worth it, and even the gas stations in Kennebunkport are beautiful! ;)

Sitting out in the sunshine on the balcony really made the stay. We had a lovely first couples getaway, and it turned out even better than I’d imagined. The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, and the beds were so comfortable. Lee, the manager, was friendly and pleasant, and let us upgrade and add another night. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We can’t wait to return!

We’ve been exchanging our timeshare for over 40 years, and the penthouse here is easily one of the best units we’ve stayed in. The property is well placed for getting around from Kittery to Portland, and management was friendly. There’s free parking, a state of the art kitchen, a wraparound balcony, and a washer and dryer in the unit. We’d recommend staying here to anyone.

The big windows made watching the snow especially picturesque. We spent a few days at 84 Main in a one bedroom suite and liked the quiet, the decor, and all the space. I just kept wishing there were a fireplace.
