The staff are super friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. There are great restaurants within walking distance, and a short drive gets you to lovely walking trails, including Rachel Carson Wildlife Reserve, Wells Reserve, Wells Beach, and more. My husband and I have been coming to Kings Port Inn for 6+ years, a few times each year. We first found this gem while staying at another Kennebunkport hotel when there was no availability elsewhere. We always book the jacuzzi room, and highly recommend it. I’ve researched jacuzzi rooms at other hotels, and you can’t beat this room’s price, especially in the off season. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and there’s a cozy sitting area with a table where we can share a meal or read a book. You won’t regret staying here!

The front desk guy was so helpful. He gave us a town map and pointed out places to check out, including the nearby trails at the Franciscan. It was easy to walk everywhere, and the town is really cute to explore. We loved the trails he recommended. We got the jacuzzi room, and it was SO worth it. The jacuzzi was clean and in a wet room with double showerheads. There was always hot water, and it made for a really nice experience. The beds were comfortable, and the mini-fridge suited our needs. Breakfast was pretty typical, with cereals and bagels, but a staff member also made waffles for you, and they were GREAT. My husband and I spent the weekend here and absolutely loved it. We’re so happy we picked this place.

The complimentary breakfast was such a treat, and the staff were very friendly. We loved staying here while visiting Maine. The rooms were clean and had lots of charm.

Being able to walk to the shops was handy, and over the 4th we could also walk to the beach, which was a big plus. The free breakfast was basic but useful, especially with kids. The room could use some updating, particularly the bathroom and shower. It was a decent stay. Not necessarily my first pick, but I'd consider coming back.

For July, I thought this was a great value right in the middle of everything. We could walk to all the shops and restaurants at Dock Square, and parking was great. The rooms were clean and spacious, housekeeping was friendly, and the free breakfast was nicer than average. The cappuccino and coffee were great too.
