1802 House Bed and Breakfast

Breakfast was fantastic each day, and Julianna even made me a special egg dish on my last morning. We were on a quiet street in a great location. Our room was comfortable, though really small and without chairs. The bed sat so high I had to jump onto it, while my wife needed a stool. We're short, so we get it. I just wish breakfast started earlier than 9:00, since that takes a big chunk out of the morning.

The owners are incredibly sweet, and breakfast was homemade and delicious. One evening I played the piano in the foyer, and Julianna joined us singing. I'll remember that for a long time. We've tried both the Arundel Room and the Sebago Room, and loved their different charms, extra sitting areas, and comfortable beds. The inn is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, with shops and restaurants an easy walk away. We'd stay again!

Breakfast was incredible every morning, with hearty, greasy food. The people running the place are so sweet and make a point of learning who you are and what brought you to Maine. The house and all the rooms are beautiful.

We arrived late, but the owner and her daughter were great to deal with and made check-in easy. The Arundel room was nicely appointed with two dressers and a queen bed. I hadn't asked for a walk-in shower, so that preference is just an FYI, not a complaint about the room. Breakfast was outstanding, from the blueberry muffin to the French toast with sausage and maple syrup.
