We only lasted about an hour in the first room before bugs kept appearing. Tina moved us to another room without any trouble, but after we went out for food, we came back to find even more bugs there. By then it was late, so we left. Tina said the owner, Rebecca, would need to handle the refund and gave me her card after leaving a note. Rebecca initially told me it would be no problem, but two weeks later I still haven't received anything. I've called many times from different numbers, tried her cell, and sent texts. Either nobody answers or Rebecca isn't available. Once, I believe Rebecca herself answered while acting as if she wasn't in the office. Earlier, when we first raised the bug issue, Tina was great. This was one of my worst hotel experiences. We checked in around 4 and didn't even make it through the evening. Don't stay here if bugs and management keeping your money are a concern.

The room was clean, the cleaners were friendly, and the bed was great. The place is under construction, which didn't bother me much, though it looked rough at first. The shower rod came right off, so don't touch it. The walls are thin, and there was only warm water. At least the music next door stopped around 12:30 a.m., but it started again at 7 in the morning. After 1 a.m. I did manage to get a good night's sleep.

I paid for seven days but stayed only three, and they didn't refund me or provide a receipt. Management won't respond. I'd give this minus one star if I could, pinky promise.

No one was there when I arrived to check in, and a sign said the motel was closed. Even so, they charged my card $72.20. This motel is a scam, and I swear on all my ancestors they won't get away with it.
