Robert was friendly and very helpful when I checked in. The noise in my room during the renovations was another story. At $128 a night, we couldn't nap or watch TV, even with the volume at 30, and had to yell or text to talk to someone three feet away. Edna at the desk was unpleasant when I complained about the work right above us. She told me, "We just have to deal with it." She works there, but I'm the guest who paid a lot to stay, and noise inside my room isn't acceptable. I have video of it at 1:15, 2:45, and 3:30 p.m. This experience has me reconsidering my loyalty to Hilton properties.

Ms. Ann went above and beyond for me and my boyfriend as we checked out. She kept breakfast open a little longer so we could eat, then turned some drink machines back on so we could get cold apple juice. Love Ms. Ann!

The coffee station was always cold. The property is being renovated, and my main complaint is the exterior walls: they're so thin that you hear everything, and cold air comes through as if a window were open. It seems like there's no insulation behind the stucco.

The breakfast setup creates far too much waste, with disposable plates, cups, forks, and knives all individually wrapped in plastic. It shows little concern for environmental responsibility. That conflict with my values is enough that I won't stay here again.
