The place was clean, cozy, and cute, and my dog had a great time running around outside. I especially loved the heated pool, even though I had to brave some seriously cold weather to get in. The bartender was so friendly, mixed wonderful cocktails, and shared helpful ideas for things to do in town. The chef did a fantastic job as well. I’d love to book another stay.

It’s a quiet, quaint place for an easy weekend away if you’re fine with mostly self-service. There wasn’t daily housekeeping, so no fresh towels or made beds, and the bar wasn’t open for a Sunday evening drink. Service was pretty good overall, though, and the staff were nice. The other guests were fine, and we had no dog issues, with only one couple bringing a dog. My fiancé and I came from the city during a snowstorm. The hotel was adorable, our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The outdoor pool and sauna were great. Nearby towns like Livingston Manor, Jeffersonville, and Roscoe had plenty to do, but getting to and from the hotel in the storm was challenging, so keep that in mind when driving.

I came across this quiet, private spot on TikTok and brought my fiancé and our two fur babies to celebrate their birthdays. The room was roomy and comfortable, with great hot water pressure. We loved the heated pool and sauna, and the bartender was a sweetheart who made delicious drinks. Dinner was delicious too, and the dogs loved having space to run around. We’ll definitely come back.

The pool and sauna were highlights, and I enjoyed the large tub in my room. The shower was clean and the bed was comfortable. Still, the room was missing some basics that would’ve helped during my couple of days there. There was a mini fridge but no microwave, plates, or utensils. I’d brought food to save money and hadn’t expected to eat out for every meal. The hotel did have a microwave in the kitchen area, but getting downstairs wasn’t always practical in the bad weather, especially with the walkways so icy. The garbage bin was tiny, and since housekeeping didn’t come during my stay, it filled up quickly. These seem like simple things that could be improved, especially for people staying longer than a weekend. Despite those issues, I had a good visit.

Deer wandering around added a bit of magic to our stay, and the heated pool was a lovely touch. This charming boutique hotel in the Catskills had a relaxed feel, with music that suited the mood and rooms designed with care. We were greeted with sparkling wine and a birthday note, a thoughtful surprise. The whole place had personality, and the attention to detail made the getaway memorable.
