I was here for work, but the staff were still friendly and really helpful. The room was the best of any hotel I’ve stayed in, clean, smelled nice, and had a comfortable, warm bed. Fantastic experience. 10/10, I’d give it five more stars if I could!

This is one of the best Wyndham hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s over 100 years old but kept in near-new condition, right downtown and within walking distance of everything. The people are friendly and helpful, and there’s a restaurant and bar on site. The drawback is that there’s no elevator. The ocean view is blocked by the building and cruise ships. I’d stay again.

The Gilmore Hotel in Ketchikan was a great place to stay, with spotless rooms, an immaculate bed, and a bathroom with a charming style. I had the best nap ever. Highly recommend it for comfort and character!

A very good hotel in a central city location. I arrived well before normal check-in but could leave my luggage there, and the friendly receptionist emailed to let me know my room would be ready early. The reception staff were consistently helpful and friendly, always available for a quick chat. The attached Gilmore Cafe and Restaurant were very good too, and I highly recommend them. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone, and it’ll be my first choice if I stay in Ketchikan again.

The rooms have a lot of character, and everyone was really helpful. I’ve stayed twice in the past couple of weeks, and Anthe at the front desk was great both times. The rides to the Ferry were a big help, and Annabelle’s, right at the hotel, was great for dinner. It’s a nice little place to spend some time in Ketchikan. I’d stay again.
