Ketchikan Beach House

The view from the deck was a treat: local Bald Eagles nesting right above us, with Orca pods passing through the channel. We could also use the smoker if we caught extra fish, and Judy, the owner, helped clean and fillet ours. We invited her to dinner and shared the Rock Fish and small Coho salmon we’d caught that day. The beach house is about 75 feet from the beach on the north side of town. We stayed a week for a very reasonable price, cooked in the little kitchen, and used the charcoal grill on the deck. Judy was an exceptional host. We’d absolutely come back, and I HIGHLY recommend checking it out if you’re up this way.
