There’s plenty close by, from restaurants and a shopping area to Dave & Buster’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Wawa, and getting to the hotel right off the highway was easy. The staff seemed friendly, though we didn’t spend much time at the front desk. Since it only opened in December, everything still felt new: the room was spotless, and the whole place was clean and in great shape. We had a comfortable stay. Just give them a little time to get fully settled.

The pool was shut for two of the three nights we were there, and breakfast was missing items every morning, which disappointed the kids. We picked this place for the pool and free breakfast, so I wouldn't choose it again with so many other options around. Staff were okay, but only mildly polite. After I contacted Hilton about the stay, they offered 20K points, but the points still hadn't arrived after more than a week. The whole business left a lot to be desired. Live and learn!

The team was attentive and friendly, and our room was modern and very clean. We stayed three nights shortly after the hotel opened in January 2026, and it worked well for our family at a reasonable rate. It’s in a handy spot for anyone flying into Baltimore, with DC about a 25 min drive away. We really enjoyed our stay, and it’s a great hotel for its category.

I couldn't check in because of the front desk receptionist's unpleasant manner. Before I could show my payment method, she assumed I would use a cash app card or prepaid debit card. I told her I wouldn't be paying with a prepaid debit card, but she kept discussing the situation with another front desk assistant while other guests were in the lobby. It was embarrassing. They canceled my reservation under their policy, yet still tried to charge the card from my original booking site reservation, even though they had said they couldn't accept a prepaid debit card.

The beds were so comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. The staff were incredible from check-in through our two-day stay. A special thanks to the GM for taking care of us. We’ll definitely be back.
