We'd only just checked into a hotel we really disliked near the SOUTHERNMOST point when my soon to be husband walked down to the Pier House. We were getting married the next day and needed two ocean front rooms. Mimi came out of her office, heard us out, and immediately got us checked into two fantastic suites. She even upgraded our room because we were getting married. She was incredibly kind. From now on, we'll only stay at the Pier House, and we're already looking forward to going back. The staff are warm and welcoming, breakfast on the deck is amazing, and the Pina coladas are the best. When I close my eyes, I can picture myself staying at the Pier House. Can't wait to return. Thanks again, Mimi and staff!

The spa was exceptional, and the staff were friendly. But the woman at the front desk kept gossiping about a coworker to other employees. It felt unprofessional, especially with paper-thin walls. She should save that for the breakroom. We came for our anniversary and weren't thrilled with our first-level view. When we sat in the chairs, bushes blocked it. Party boats made quite a bit of noise until almost midnight. There was less beach than we expected.
