The Citrus Queen room was spotless, had lovely design and unusual architecture, and was walkable to pretty much everything. The company shuttle was a great bonus, and Nikki from Colocada really saved the day when my trip got off to a chaotic start. From my first call, the team was warm and helpful and made everything easy. It was an amazing stay. I’d recommend it 10/10 and will definitely be back.

The rooms are decorated so perfectly, and the building feels very secure. The location couldn’t be better. Thanks so much to Rick, TJ, and the staff for making this a special trip. It was a one of a kind experience we’ll never forget.

The rooms were really cute, and they put Fiji waters in the mini fridge along with a single cup Keurig and quite a few K-cup options. But the check in was poorly managed. There was nobody on site, and our rooms were still being cleaned after the 4pm check in time. We called the contact number several times with no answer, then texted. When they finally called back, they said they had no missed calls and didn’t know we were due to check in. We asked how to get into the rooms and were told to use the access code they’d sent, but we never received one.

Their shuttle service to and from the airport, or wherever you need to go, was seamless. The team really hustles to look after their clients and took care of everything. The room was top notch and the location unbeatable. Their service honestly outperforms Disney. I’ll definitely book here again!
