The location is great, but the rest was lacking. We stayed three days with two other couples, and the space was small, with rooms very close together. You could hear every little thing, even hair dryers in the other units, and every outside light came through the windows. Walking upstairs sounded like furniture being moved. We asked about parking before booking and were told three spaces were available and it shouldn't be an issue. There's just one driveway that fits three cars, so residents have to coordinate to get out. We couldn't leave and nearly missed our excursion because the people in front wouldn't answer calls, texts, or our knocking. Then at 11:30 pm they woke us to move our vehicle, but didn't actually leave the next day, leaving us and the other residents stuck without our cars.

The location was the one thing I loved, close to Duval Street. The pictures didn't match what we found on arrival. The Bimini suite's AC didn't work, the pool area was very dirty, and the place was dated and badly in need of a deep cleaning for the rugs and furniture. The floors felt flooded and warped. Parking is first come, first served, and there were repeated calls to move cars. That may be unavoidable, but be prepared for it. The other reviews are true. I don't think I'd book again. This seems suited to younger people who party and just need somewhere to crash, without caring about comfort or their surroundings.

The photos make the house look much nicer than it is, and the way it was represented was terrible. The bathroom floor was so soft it didn't feel safe to walk on, and the tub had a terrible patch job. The dishwasher has had a repair service ticket open for over 30 days. I'm very disappointed. The pool is only big enough for about five people.

We had a great long girls' weekend here, and the unit was nicer than it looked in the photos. With five of us, we chose it because everyone wanted a proper bed rather than a bunk bed. The pool also looked bigger in person, and the central location off Duval was top notch. I'd still recommend the place because it has a lot going for it. The 10 am checkout felt too early for Key West, especially since hotels give you until 11, and they don't offer late checkout, even when we asked. Worse, a maintenance man unlocked the door with a code, walked in without knocking or waiting, and raised his voice that we were late checking out. I was standing there in my boxers and night shirt, scrambling to pack. He didn't apologize, and I was really put off. I've never had that happen before.

The location was great, but we were disappointed with the Paradise Island Suite for our group of four. The floors were filthy, and the dimly lit living room only had seats for three. The porch had just two chairs. Around the pool, chairs and a table were always taken, and there weren't enough for everyone staying at the house. There's also a trip hazard in the pool area. Someone in our group fell and cut his leg and arm.
