The poolside bar was the one part that didn’t match the rest of our experience. I asked for an extra plate, and although the staff got it for me, the interaction felt curt and lacked warmth or attention. Since the hotel was otherwise so welcoming and well run, this stood out. A little more encouragement toward friendly, proactive service at the bar would help bring it in line with the other outlets. The rest of the stay was excellent. The reception staff were professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the location made it easy to get to local attractions. The rooms, public restrooms, and relaxation areas were spotless and well maintained. I also appreciated the adults-only area, which was thoughtfully separated and made a peaceful place to relax. The hotel’s service, location, and cleanliness deserve recognition, even compared with brands I’ve known for years.

We had about 30 people staying at Parrot Key Hotel for a wedding weekend, and everything was handled beautifully. The ceremony and reception setup looked stunning, and the reception food was amazing. We also ate at their Grove restaurant and really enjoyed it. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The shuttle to and from Duval Street made getting around easy. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish and would stay again.

The free shuttle from the hotel to the city center and beach club made getting around easy. The driver was so kind. One day on the way back, she even showed us historic spots around Key West and shared interesting facts and curiosities. We also had a lot of fun on a jet ski tour with Sunset Water Sports right next to the hotel. Afterward, the hotel let us check out an hour later so we could shower and sort our things. Even in one of the most affordable rooms, the hotel’s overall setup was excellent and everything worked well. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it.

We had only booked one night, but liked the hotel and the Village of Key West enough to stay another. It’s charming, and they pay attention to the details. Our room was spacious and had an amazing private exit to the Ocean, which made the stay feel even more special. Staff were very welcoming, and there are great pools and a complete gym area. It’s about 10minutes from Downtown, across from a mall area with restaurants, groceries, and other conveniences. Would love to come back soon!

The Caribbean feel at Parrot Key Hotel & Villas comes through in all the greenery, trees, and plants. With the distinctive music playing outside, it feels like a tropical oasis and has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the reception staff and everyone else we met were incredibly friendly. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. I loved my stay and highly recommend it. I’ll definitely return to Key West and stay here again.
