We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t discourage anyone from coming. The staff were excellent, and the property was clean and well kept. The pool was nice, but at around $500 a night for a standard room, I don’t see why pool use and breakfast are part of a $60-plus resort fee. I got no value from that charge, and the continental breakfast wasn’t what I expected. I’ve had better at most Marriott hotels. The fee feels like a money grab and should be reconsidered.

Free off-street parking was a plus, and the staff were friendly enough. The hotel’s location is good, and there’s a woman who makes omelets to order at breakfast. The layout, though, is odd, with rooms arranged around a courtyard and elevators at only three corners. My room was on the third floor, farthest from any elevator, which I wasn’t happy about.

Free parking was a big plus, and everything went smoothly during my stay. The room stayed spotless thanks to the cleaning staff, and it was comfortable too. Staff members were professional, friendly, and ready to help. With restaurants, shops, and the main attractions all easy to reach from this central location, I’d gladly come back and recommend the place.

The pool is right in the middle of the hotel, and the staff were very polite. Our room had a big bed and a balcony looking over the main road, though it was still quiet. We got a complimentary bottle of champagne on arrival. I was in town for the half marathon and to shop, and the start line, tourist shops on Duvall Street, bars, and restaurants were all within about a 15 minute walk. Great place for a Key West vacation. I’d recommend it.

The convenient location, omelet bar at breakfast, and heated saltwater pool were good. The rooms, though, were filthy. Just walking around left our feet and socks black, so they need to mop. I could tell the cleaning crew didn’t even have a mop bucket. The WiFi they offer doesn’t work in the room, or really at all. I had to go outside just to get service or WiFi.
