The Capitana Key West

Everything felt spotless and well cared for, from the lobby to the guest room. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed and a welcoming feel that made it easy to relax after a long day. The hospitality stood out just as much. Every staff member I met was warm, professional, and eager to help make my stay comfortable. I felt valued and at ease the whole time. I’d gladly return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-tier hotel experience.

We liked being outside downtown, even though that meant driving to most places. The trolley stop right across the street was handy, and we used it one day. The new building has comfortable rooms, a nice pool, and friendly staff. Housekeeping even left chocolates on our pillows one night. We used our second-floor balcony almost every day. We also ate at the tiki lounge. The meal was good, just not exceptional.

We rode our bikes downtown every day, and it was a lovely ride that wasn’t too far. We had a great July vacation at the Capitana Key West. Everyone was friendly, from check-in through breakfast and poolside service, and the customer service was amazing. Breakfast was outstanding, with lots to choose from: yogurt parfaits, pancakes, bacon, fruit and more. The best part was how clean everything was. Wonderful accommodations, thank you!

We took a Lyft to Duvall street each day since it was too far to walk, which was fine. We stayed in old town last year, and the Capitana was hands down the better choice. Everyone was accommodating, the breakfast was great, and the pool was a perfect place to relax. You couldn’t get into the water from the beach, but the view was still nice and enjoyable. McKees was perfect for lunch and dinner.
