The pull-out sofa was awful even by the usual sofa-bed standards. It seemed to be the same brand as ones in other properties, but it was so worn that it wouldn't unfold properly. The lobby was also the weakest common area of any building, just a foosball table and couch in a small, cold entrance, with an overpowering scent dispenser. All three room clocks showed different wrong times, which was almost impressive. The pool was filthy when we finally got in. There are two sets of hot tubs available, but the building's own tub was broken and the gate to the other set wouldn't work, so maintenance had to let us through. The guy was awesome and the service was great, as it always is, but both tubs being unusable in different ways was unacceptable. Other reviews say one had been broken all of last season too, so it seems they just didn't fix it. Our room had baseboard heaters that clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages. They whined loudly all night and kept everyone awake, yet even with the heat turned way up the room never got close to the desired 70 degrees and stayed chilly. This is the only building we've stayed in without building-wide Wi-Fi. It seems to be set up room by room, and ours was broken. I could see other networks charging for access. Who charges for Wi-Fi nowadays? We missed the hockey game we'd been looking forward to. We've stayed at pretty much every River Run property, and this was by far the worst. The location and service are great throughout the village, with Keystone staff, so you get those benefits anywhere. You can get them with better maintenance and amenities at other River Run properties.
