Family Friendly 3 Bedroom Mountain Vacation Rental in Keystone With Complimentary Shuttle Service and Hot Tub Access

The room was badly run down, and the ceiling fan sounded like it might come off the wall. I wasn't sure some of the pillowcases were clean. Still, the location is spot on for kids: you can ski in and out right by the ski school on the Mountain View side, then come back when they're ready. That side is quiet, though, with nothing going on after 5, so you'll need to take the bus to Fiver Run side.

The rooms were beautiful, though having all the blinds open left ours at 82 degrees. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the many properties they handle. Even with a lot of people waiting, I didn't feel rushed, and they took the time to answer all my questions.

We stayed in a one-bedroom condo in August 2018 for a wedding and had a delightful time. River Run Village had several restaurants and coffee shops, and the gondola and ski lifts were close by. The condo was well appointed, with a nice bedroom and memory foam mattress, plus a living room sofa that pulled out. The kitchen had everything we'd need for a week. I'd highly recommend it.

We've stayed here many times, and after management followed up the next day, we appreciated their apology and the adjustments they made to our account for the inconvenience. Based on our past visits, we think this was just a bad day, and I'm changing my rating from one star to four. I hope the remaining four days go better. Check-in had already taken 45 minutes, and the two condos we'd been assured in August would be in the same building weren't. Then the room number on our folder was wrong. We kept trying the key on what we thought was our condo until the occupants opened the door, which was embarrassing. The desk didn't answer at first, then we were put on hold and sent back to the operator. All six of us had to return to the desk with our tired three-year-old grandson, who needed a restroom. They said they were busy, but that wasn't much of an excuse for a professional place like Keystone. At least staff helped unload our van. We'd never had this kind of trouble here before.
