The location is hard to beat. Our room faced the road, but the views were still really good and we barely heard traffic. The room itself was clean and nice, with a window that opened and comfortable beds. We had a pretty good stay last weekend. The ground-floor hot tub was very hot, maybe a little too heavy on the chemicals. Breakfast was decent, though there were no forks, the scrambled eggs were cold, and the seating area was small, just as other reviews mentioned.

The outdoor hot tubs were the main reason I picked this Hyatt, but they were closed for construction. There was no notice on the website before I booked, and I would've made other plans if I'd known. A broken tile in our room caused me to slip while getting out of the shower and hurt my knee. That's a safety issue. I asked several times to speak with a manager, but none was available on site. I've called the property several times since and haven't heard back. The front desk staff didn't help resolve it either. I've usually enjoyed Hyatt properties, but this one fell short of what I expect. For the price, the stay was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this location and would look at other hotels next time.

The gym was remarkably well equipped, which really impressed me as someone who takes training seriously. I loved finishing a workout with a soak in the hot tubs. David at the front desk made me feel welcome and went out of his way to keep everything running smoothly. Housekeeping kept the place immaculate, and the breakfast waitstaff were warm and attentive each morning. I can't say enough good things about my stay or the service. The whole team deserves credit, and this place pairs luxury with genuine hospitality.

We arrived late during the off season, and it wasn't crowded. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views and a good breakfast to start the day. I was annoyed by the resort fee, though, since we were only stopping overnight in the off season.

The room was okay, but the beds felt worn out and the towels were fraying. By 8 a.m. breakfast had run out of coffee, and the area was a mess. Only two stars from me: one for a bed and one for the location and access to the area. The property badly needs updating. Two of the three hot tubs were closed. The bar and restaurant were disappointing too, with a broken beer tap, no basic options like wine, and underwhelming food. I could make something better in a microwave. Until they fix these issues and refresh the place, I'd stay somewhere else.
