We spent 11 nights at the Ramada Inn and were very pleased. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the TVs had Direct TV. We did need to ask for housekeeping, but they took care of it right away. Breakfast each morning had eggs, sausage, waffles, breads, and cereals. Coffee was good and available around the clock. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to find.

The location was convenient, and the room was tidy and well cared for. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the service was what I expected. I had a good stay here and appreciated the hospitality. I’d recommend the hotel to others.

There are things to do within walking distance, which made the location nice. Both the daytime and evening staff were great, really kind and helpful. The room was very clean, and breakfast was good. My one reason for taking off a star was the bathroom. The tub had been cleaned, but the wear made it look dirty, and it could use an update.

The room was clean, the check-in staff were awesome, and the price worked well. The heated pool felt a bit cool to us, and the hot tub wasn’t bubbling, but we still had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was a nice extra, with plenty to choose from: eggs, sausage, waffles, dry cereal, instant oatmeal, juice, and coffee. It was a nice surprise.

Steve at the Ramada in Keystone, South Dakota made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. He was friendly, professional, and so helpful, making sure everything was handled. Customer service this genuine is hard to come by these days. We really appreciated his kindness and hospitality. Thanks, Steve!
