Red Hawk Lodge 2210

The location is great, but the service was poor. We stayed in 2301 via sky run at red hawk and had no hot water after a long day on the mountain. sky run replied quickly to our messages, but didn’t do anything to fix it. Not having hot water was unacceptable.

I’ve always had a good experience here, and the units are still in pretty good shape. When I stay at keystone, this is the place I prefer. There’s heated garage parking and only a short walk to the lifts.

This was my second year in the same building. I had no problems last year, but this time I arrived to a message saying the apartment had no heat or hot water. Management said it would be fixed soon. By my third day, neither had been fixed, despite several calls and texts, and I kept getting the same response. I’m very disappointed given what I paid. The apartment was in horrible shape too: stained carpet, an armchair so dirty its green color had turned black, a couple of appliances that didn’t work, and a clogged bathroom sink. I wouldn’t have written this if they’d resolved the problem the next day, but after three days I had to. Avoid this place if you can, or check before reserving.

The heater wouldn’t turn on, the beds were hard, and the room was noisy and low quality. Our TV fell off the wall, the chandelier was hanging halfway down, and the door wouldn’t lock. We couldn’t sleep well because there was record scratching at our door. The only good thing is how close it is to the gondola. The owner clearly doesn’t care about quality and is just here for the money. This was the worst place ever. There could be bedbugs too.
