I booked a night through a booking app for my husband’s birthday, but the company canceled the reservation after it was too late for me to fix anything. They called to say they were “very sorry” and couldn’t accommodate us. They advertise through these apps, but don’t count on them honoring your booking. Until you’ve actually opened the door to your room, it’s probably wise to have a backup plan. I’d give zero stars if I could.

The condos are nicely kept and stocked, and the heat gets very hot. My one gripe is that the beds are really hard.
