The views of Keystone and the Snake River are marvelous, and the grounds and club are in excellent shape. There are nice yards and a great little club with a sauna, hot tub, and showers. The condos are pretty nice and right by the lift for Kestone Ski Resort. The Goat bar is next door, and the one drawback for upstairs rentals is that there’s no elevator.

I’ve been locked out of my own condo several times because the keycards expired without warning. During office hours, I’d find the office closed with a note about staffing issues. That caused major problems when I was on a tight schedule and couldn’t get into my home. When I finally met the woman in the office, she was exceptionally rude. I moved away and came back as a guest this weekend. The manager, Dave, had left a Key To The Rockies van parked long term in a guest lot. The lot was full, so I parked in front of the snow-covered van, where the pavement underneath was dry. Before 8 a.m. on Sunday, Dave called to have my vehicle towed. The situation with my car was bad enough, but Dave’s behavior made it worse. He yelled profanity, extorted more money from me than the tow truck driver had asked for, and flipped me the bird as I drove away. He’s overly aggressive, rude, and hostile, and doesn’t have the temperament for guest service. Avoid at all costs. #boycottKeyToTheRockies #KeyToTheRockiesSucks
