The manager, Adam, gave us awful service when we raised the problems. He basically called us liars, even though we had photos. The place felt badly managed and maintained, and at this price I’d book somewhere else. The room was dated, with hardly anywhere to sit in the living room. Several things were held together with duct tape, and a chair leg came loose underneath someone, which could have been dangerous. The dishwasher had standing, smelly water and didn’t work when we arrived. The humidifier and thermostat were broken too; after we reported the thermostat, nobody dealt with it.

A really nice, updated condo in Keystone with all the amenities. We’ll definitely come back!

We had four bedrooms, which worked perfectly for our family. The appliances were all good, and they replaced the linens midweek and made the beds. There were black areas around the tub jets, though, so we didn’t use the tubs because we weren’t sure how clean they were. A shower rod fell, but they took care of that right away.

The condo itself was nice, though it could use an update. Some things that were advertised weren’t actually there, and the kitchen needs to be stocked better.

I love staying here. The setting by the river is amazing, and it’s not far from the lifts. The places are really spacious too.
