We were on the fifth floor and had a lovely view. The property was well cared for, and it was easy to walk to shops and restaurants. There’s a park and beach across the way, with a beautiful view.

The views were amazing, and the location was great. There are little shops and markets right behind the condo, and the Kraken coffee stand was awesome too!

We had a clean, comfortable rental on the top floor, with an ocean view and some traffic noise. Being right in the middle of Kihei put the best beaches, restaurants, and resorts just minutes away, without paying for a fancy room we’d only sleep in. Parking was plentiful, we had no problems, and we’d stay again.

Kalama Park and cove beach Park are across the street, and kalama village is next door with lots to do. The Maui bus stops out front, and parking is free. The building is well looked after, with a pool, BBQ area, and sundeck.

Right in the heart of kihei, this is one of the best properties on Maui’s south side. Matt the manager is really on top of things.
