C304 has all sorts of useful extras, including beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, and pickleball and tennis gear. The full kitchen was well equipped, with pots, pans, and even a rice cooker, plus built in filtered water. There’s also full size laundry and a dryer. We had high speed internet, a DVD player, and a large screen TV. The AC was there if needed, but we just opened a window and the lanai sliders and didn’t need it. The rental is half a block from the ocean, with ocean views. It has a large bedroom with a king size bed and a pullout couch bed in the living room, so it comfortably fits two couples. There’s also private access to the on site pool and hot tub, and you can easily walk to restaurants, shopping, a health food store, rental places, and just about anything else you need.

Our two bedroom, two bathroom condo had a small ocean view and two Lani's, which was nice. The location is excellent, and the parking area in back has a handy little car wash. One thing to keep in mind if you’re traveling with younger kids who like swimming: the pool rules include no toys and no noise. That’s understandable with condos all around the pool, but it may not suit every family.

The beach is just a stone’s throw away, and we had a really nice view from our room, though I can’t speak for all the rooms. The pool area was clean and fairly quiet, and the grill area at the back of the pool was very convenient. The place was really clean overall. We did spot an occasional roach, but if you keep things clean, it shouldn’t be an issue. I’d absolutely come back if I get the chance.

The pool and hot tub are popular spots to hang out, and the complex is clean and well maintained. It’s right in the middle of everything, with a nice beach and lots of dining options just half a block away.
