A quiet, kid-friendly place with wheelchair access, a nice pool, and barbecues on site. The beach is across the street, and a supermarket is just a block away. Restaurants, bars, including one with a pool table, and shops are all within walking distance. It's centrally located in Kihei and made an ideal vacation spot.

I believe the property manager should be fired and prosecuted. He parked his motorcycle behind my fiancée's car, making her late for work, because he wanted to meet with her. He also put three of his vehicles on our side of the development. After she and her former roommate left for work, he parked in two stalls she had used for over ten years, and said he'd move the vehicles after she met with him. For months she had asked for pool keys, but he withheld them until she agreed to a meeting. He twice took her laundry from the laundry room. After several requests and pleas to get her clothes back, he kept them for 2 1/2 weeks, and returned them moldy and ruined. He also had her fiancé's car towed, claiming it was abandoned, then wouldn't tell either of them who had towed it until it had already been disposed of. It was a $16,000 2014 Ford Mustang with $4,000 in performance parts. He took her brand new generator, saying he thought it was stolen and would return it once the police investigation showed it wasn't. After 2 1/2 weeks, they made her go to the office to pick it up. It was no longer new: they had put gas in it and run it. He threatened several times to call the police and have her boyfriend charged with trespassing, even though he knew he lived there. The management company keeps taking money from her account and putting it toward fines and attorney fees that we believe are unwarranted. There are no invoices or paperwork, just money taken and passed to their attorney. The misallocation of funds and conversion here is unprecedented. The attorney sends letters full of babble that don't make sense, using big words and citing laws that have nothing to do with the situation. It feels like they just cut and paste whatever they click on.

Across the street is a scenic beach with hardly anyone around, which was a real highlight. Our condo was a good size, with two bedrooms and one bath, and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had an easy time making meals with the food we bought at Costco. It's been a top-notch rental experience, and I highly recommend renting here through BRBO or Air B&B on a Maui trip.

The enclosed courtyard is spacious, with a pool, barbecues, and a jacuzzi, and the neighborhood was relatively quiet. Shops and places to eat are close and easy to reach, and the beach is about 100 metres away. The condo is older but comfortable, though the suite could use some attention. There weren't enough paper supplies for the whole stay. The dishwasher needs to be installed properly: it's not secured in the cupboard opening and can tip forward, so it should be secured, leveled, and serviced. It should work better after that. I would return.
