The stay was terrible. The property was dirty, poorly maintained, and had a serious bug and cockroach problem. That's not what you expect when you pay for accommodation. We reported it right away, but the host didn't respond for more than 12 hours, leaving us to deal with the infestation ourselves. When they finally replied, the gist was that “living in the tropics is crazy.” That's not an acceptable explanation for pests in a paid rental. After long hours, Airbnb was helpful and gave us a full refund for the stay, which was the only good part. Bugs mostly became active after dark. Several came down from the ceiling and fell onto our bed at night, making it extremely hard to sleep. Future guests should carefully check the ceilings and upper walls each evening. The condition of the place and the host's handling of it disrupted our vacation and caused unnecessary stress. I'd be cautious about staying here and wouldn't recommend it unless the cleanliness and pest problems are properly resolved.

The condo stayed quiet the whole time we were there, and it was close enough to walk to Kamaole Beach Park II, which is a superb snorkeling spot. At Kihei Kai Nani Condo Rentals, the place was small but comfortable and clean, with the essentials: a complete kitchen, two beds for up to four people, and working AC units. We had a satisfactory stay during our Maui vacation and may consider coming back on a future trip.

We spent 9 wonderful days in a clean, quiet, comfortable place, with a few restaurants close enough to walk to. The beach is right across the street, and the sunsets are beautiful. We'd happily do it all over again. FYI, smoking is allowed only in the designated areas on the property.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well maintained, and parking was great. We loved the balcony for sunset every night, with the best views and easy access to beaches. Would recommend!

Our unit was perfect and had a great view. The landscaping is beautiful, and the pool area is clean and well maintained. The property is near everything you might need. Highly recommend it.
