I had a tough time sleeping with the exterior building lights on all night, since the master bedroom curtains let in a lot of light. Blackout curtains would be my group’s biggest suggestion. The AC was much appreciated, even though its timer only ran for two hours before needing a reset. There was also an under-sink RO system, but the water tasted gross, like a freshwater lake. The place was decently clean, with a bit of dust here and there, which I considered minor. I proposed to my girlfriend on the beach just five minutes away. We got gorgeous sunsets every night, and only had to cross one street to get there.

I spent 11 nights here while working in Maui and had no complaints about the condo. It was a nice one-bedroom. The location was great, with plenty of places to eat, a grocery store, and an ABC mart nearby.

The upstairs bed is nice, and the ceiling fan works well. Room 1402 is weird upstairs, though: flushing the toilet and using the shower are awkward, and I think the upstairs bathroom needs improvement.

The buildings and grounds are well maintained. Each building has its own pool, tennis courts, and BBQ, though the pools are small. The location is great, within walking distance of some of Maui's nicest beaches and South Maui Gardens with the Pink Taco Truck.

Our unit was just right for our week, and the grounds were well kept. There are nice pools, grills, and tennis and pickleball courts. The condos are a block from the ocean, and I’d totally stay here again!
