The cottages are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of privacy and easy in-and-out logistics. They’re not fancy, in a good way, and gave us a great way to experience Maui outside a huge resort or sterile condo complex. The property is across the street from a long, beautiful beach that wasn’t busy when we were there. It’s also easy to reach all parts of the island, and close to Kihei without being in the middle of the traffic or malls. Highly recommend Nona Lani Cottages!

The staff were the kindest, always smiling and checking in through the day to see if we needed anything. It’s family owned and operated, and the cottages are cozy, roomy, and set in lovely green areas just steps from the beach. We had everything we needed, including AC, Roku TV, and a coffee machine. I photographed a wedding here and had a wonderful time. It’s just secluded enough from downtown Kīhei. I’ll absolutely stay again!

The family who owns and runs Nona Lani cottages was so welcoming, friendly, and kind. We stayed in one of the cottages, and it was perfect. A real Maui gem, with a great location and easy beach access. We’ll definitely return.

Affordable and well suited for a non-resort stay, with a kitchen ready to use and some updated touches in the quaint cottages. The location on S Kihei Bl is perfect, and the beach is easy to reach across the street. The cottages were exactly as described. We kept communication to a minimum while we were there. Highly recommend.

The cottage felt like a second home, and everyone working there was incredibly friendly and helpful. It had Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a mini kitchen, a TV, and two couches. We loved stepping outside in the morning to see a rainbow. Food trucks and stores nearby made it easy to get meals and whatever else we needed, and the beach across the street was lovely for romantic sunsets. A few things weren’t so great: the bed hurt my back, there were ants so food needs to be sealed and put away securely, and for some reason the shower kept soaking the whole bathroom floor and mats. Other than that, everything was great! 😊
