I’ve been coming to Outer Banks Beach Club for as long as I can remember. My parents bought a timeshare there, and I own it now, so I visit every year and more often when I can. It’s clean and welcoming, and I couldn’t ask for a better stay. The ocean view is beautiful, the club is right on the beach, and shopping and dining are close by. The office staff are pleasant, and security is on the ball. On the occasions I’ve needed maintenance, they arrived quickly. The issues were small, a clogged toilet once and the A/C once, and usually everything is in working order.

We had a great week here with friends. The clubhouse is great, and there are always activities you can sign up for. We had a few issues in the unit, but maintenance responded quickly and fixed them.

The rooms were nice, roomy, and clean, and we had a nice week apart from a few problems. We arrived to find we were short on supplies like dish liquid and paper towels, so we had to go to the store right away. The elevator was broken while we were on the third floor. My husband and I both have COPD, so climbing the stairs for four days was difficult. They fixed it, but it broke down again that same day. The front desk staff also need to communicate better.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and eat, including pots, pans, and glassware. The location was great, just steps from the beach. There were plenty of chairs by the pool, and elevators too.

A good fit for families and people over 50, with lots of decking, gazebos, and outdoor furniture. My only complaint is that the pools were closed for inspection.
