Redawning Guest Services, the company that owns or manages these units, handled things terribly. They rented me unit D1 in building D, which was the only one under construction. We couldn’t use the patio, and there was a used bandaid in the bed. I emailed them and never got a reply. This was my second stay at Fall Line, and I also had problems last year, with no heat or hot water. The units are old and need an upgrade. I won’t stay in Killington again.

The condo has lovely views, and you can ski right back to it, which was fantastic. Buses stop at the entrance and run every 15 minutes on weekends. After an active day, the large hot tub was amazing, and the fireplace made for cozy evenings. There was some gym equipment, though not all of it worked. Worth checking out!

The walls are paper thin, the mattress is as hard as cement, and both the bed and shower are tiny. The bed squeaks badly, and people in the shared hallway leave the light on. At $300 a night, this felt like a closet. I’ve stayed in $50 motels that were more comfortable.

The location is great, but the room’s amenities were awful and the room itself was very small. I stayed in G2A. The fridge was broken, and the TV remote didn’t work, so I couldn’t watch TV.

We booked a one-bedroom condo for the weekend. The unit itself looked really nice, but its contents were in terrible shape. The cooking utensils fell apart when we tried to use them, the living room TV and toaster didn’t work, and the jacuzzi tub had a brown bath mat glued to it. The back patio door would randomly blow open unless it was locked. On our first morning, the bedroom fire alarm went off, and we couldn’t figure out why. Maintenance found it was defective, but sorting it out took up most of the first day of skiing we’d paid for. It’s a shame the unit has a nice structure, because the owner clearly wasn’t keeping it in livable condition.
