Pinnacle Condo Unit D13 by RedAwning

For what we paid, it wasn’t a bad deal, but I don’t think we’ll stay again. My family and I don’t usually complain, though there were so many annoying little problems here. Google Maps lists the units as having air conditioning, but they don’t. One TV didn’t work, and the other was an absolute nightmare to figure out. Even opening the door took a body check every time.

The unit itself was fairly nice, but the kitchen had a ridiculously small supply of cooking and eating utensils. Towels were sometimes dropped off, but the dirty ones were never collected, so by the end of the week there was a pile of about 30. They advertised a hot tub, but it wasn’t working most of the time. There was a small rip in the couch when we arrived, yet it was called property damage and we were charged $200. With no way to prove it was already there, we had to stomach the absurd fine. Very unprofessional.

The condo was clean and the price was good. It’s a nice place, though ours could use a refresh: just the usual signs of age, some paint work and more current decor. I’d stay again.

We booked two nights for this year’s Spartan Race, and with a larger group it was great value and very close to the event. The weather was on the warm side and there’s no A/C, but otherwise we had a great stay.
