Quality Inn & Suites Jasper - Kimball

We booked last-minute through priceline to get some rest, arriving very late on Jan 3, about 11:50 pm. The front desk person was welcoming, cordial, and accommodating, which you don't often find with 3rd shift hotel employees. Room 206 was really clean, smelled fine, and I felt comfortable getting under the blankets and going to sleep. The kids liked breakfast, with biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, bagels, and cereal. There was coffee, tea, milk, and juice too. The in-room coffee maker and microwave both worked. Thanks, Quality Inn, for a clean space at a fair price.

We just needed somewhere to rest during a road trip, and this motel was exactly right. The room was clean and nicer than I expected, and it was easy to sleep there and get a bite in the morning. The night staff guy was awesome. Remember it's a motel when you book, and set your expectations accordingly.

After eight hours on the road, we pulled in late at night on the way to FL. It was nice to be met by a friendly face in the middle of the night. The front desk attendant was excellent, super helpful and friendly, and explained how the key worked and where to park. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We'd stay again!

I've stayed here twice, and both rooms were old and worn out, with lots of things damaged. They were clean enough, and the water only stopped working intermittently, maybe because they were doing work on it. Probably okay for a quick stop while passing through, but I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay.
