Spark by Hilton Kimball Hotel

The location is good for a busy tourist area, and the rate feels worthwhile. Rooms are standard but roomy, clean, and comfortable. The building arrangement is odd, with two separate but connected buildings and stairwells that serve as shortcuts. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is continental basics with no hot options, though the fresh yogurt machine is excellent.

The front desk staff were very nice, and it was easy to walk in without a reservation and get an available room for less than a website deal. The room itself was very basic. If the sign didn't say "by Hilton," I wouldn't have guessed it was a Hilton. I think a Days Inn or Holiday Inn would've been nicer and cheaper.

It's a simple, dependable place to stay in the area. The rooms stay comfortable, and the hot water has been consistent every time, whatever the time of day. Spark by Hilton in Kimball is convenient too, with several restaurants and Walmart just a short walk away, so meals and errands don't require driving.

The breakfast had lots of choices and was good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's not luxurious, but it works well for a quick stay and is what I expect from a Spark hotel. Google maps gave poor directions. Turn at the light for Harbor Freight instead of following what Google says. People had parked at the front door, so finding the entrance in the dark was tricky.
