Inn Of King Of Prussia

We come here every year for our family vacation, and it’s always our go-to. Charmaine has helped us and she’s such a delight. The breakfast crew are always accommodating and helpful, too. The rooms are great, clean, and really comfortable. We always have a blast. See you all next year, thank you :)

I was in town for work training and got an odd-numbered room on the third floor, right outside the expressway. I had a really hard time sleeping. At 5am I went down to the lobby, where lanyah (I’m not sure I have the spelling right) was a sweetheart and happily helped move me to the other side of the building. I couldn’t hear the expressway there. The front desk service on both the day and night shifts was top-notch. Five stars for service, and if you stay here, I’d suggest an even-numbered room. Big thanks to lanyah.

This was my second stay here, and it again exceeded my expectations. It’s a peaceful place to relax and reflect. The complimentary breakfast has a nice variety, and the customer service is outstanding. A kind lady helped fix an issue with my reservation so I could extend my stay. Doña Carmen went above and beyond, taking a moment to pray for my safe trip home and giving me a small token. Their warmth made the visit memorable. I’m very happy with my stay, and whenever I’m in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, this is officially my go-to hotel.

They let my 20-year-old son book a room after we called the front desk and they checked with a supervisor, then refused to let him check in after he’d driven a few hundred miles. Screw them. I’m deleting the Hilton Honors app.
