Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Kingsport

The room was spotless and put together really well. The mattress was the problem, it felt like plywood with no cushion, and the thermostat was locked at 65 with no way to keep the fan running constantly. I like pretending I'm in Antarctica during a blizzard when I sleep, so that setup killed it for me.

The staff at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Kingsport, Tennessee, made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Everyone at the front desk was helpful each day and evening, October 10-11. The woman working Saturday was especially kind, always smiling, and clearly enjoys helping guests. The hotel was spotless, one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Everything was perfect, and we'll definitely come back.

Thanks again, Matthew! After trying three hotels around Kingsport three weeks ago, each with hair on the bedding or bugs in the room, we came to this Fairfield. I explained what had been happening to Matthew Compton at the front desk. He found us a room at the last minute and discounted it because of our earlier problems. The room was great, the service was great, and the front desk team was awesome. If you need a hotel in Kingsport, this is the place to go.

Such a nice, new-looking modern hotel, and really clean too. They put out a little breakfast every morning that's better and more varied than most. The staff are always pleasant and ready to help.
