We were robbed while 18 people were inside sleeping. The police told us this happens often in the area, and that five other rental houses in the same addition were robbed that same night. We had locked the doors, but someone hacked the front door keypad to break in. The security gate was useless, and the Ring cameras on the property weren't working. Safety here is nonexistent. Don't stay here, it's not worth it.
The HOA here is terrible. Don't move in if you don't want a power-tripping board micromanaging you. They won't even let you use your own bathroom without harassing you. Street parking is banned, and a tow company will tow around the clock whenever it can, even on holiday weekends. There are weekly car break-ins, too. The security company is a joke, and HOA fees feel like they're just lining the pockets of its subcontractors and employees.
Noise at the community pool goes unchecked late into the night. Drunk people show little regard for children trying to sleep. The pool supposedly closes at 9pm, but the noise carries on for a long time afterward.
