This place could be beautiful and a great place to live, but I recommend staying away. Half the resort is for sale, with prices dropping, and the reason is simple: maintenance is horrible, trash is scattered everywhere because people don’t care, and stray cats are all over because one resident puts food out everywhere. Cars also get towed for no reason except to make money. The HOA has a deal with a shady company that isn’t even in Kissimmee, but far away in Orlando.
